Mobile Connections will visit rural Tulsa county as well as Kay, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee and Washington counties. Currently approximately 2,681 children in foster care in these areas do not have access to free items to fulfill basic needs such as: clothes, shoes, beds, car seats, strollers, hygiene products, etc.
