MOBILE CONNECTIONS
Like our brick-and-mortar Foster Family Resource Center, our Mobile Connections Bus is designed to meet the immediate and ongoing needs of children in foster care. This is a first-year project funded by an Innovation Grant from Tulsa Area United Way.
Mobile Connections will visit rural Tulsa county as well as Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Rogers, and Wagoner counties. Currently approximately 2,681 children in foster care in these areas do not have access to free items to fulfill basic needs such as: clothes, shoes, beds, car seats, strollers, hygiene products, etc.
